If you need to replace the battery, all watch models can be sent directly to our Service Centre to the following address:

Otherwise, you can contact an authorized jeweler to replace the batteries. For the warranty, please keep all the receipts of batteries replacements and repair services issued by authorized jewelers. Do not try to replace the battery by yourself or in any caseto take the watch apart. This would invalidate your warranty at once.
Do you want to change color or size? Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Dear Customer, we inform you that you have a period of 10 days to send the items back., from the day you take possession of the products ordered on www.tictacdesign.com. Pease visit the Returns and Changes area in Service area of our website.
Within 24 hours after the order has been considered, you will receive the code of your order. This code allows you to get information about the state of the supply and delivery visiting DHL websites, in the area reserved to shipments. The website address of the carrier is indicated in the e-mail containing the confirmation of your order. You can also contact our Customer Service by e-mail for any question related to the management of your order.
If your bracelet is broken, you can replace it with a new original one. In the Watches area of our website, you can purchase it separately. All the goods are checked before shipping and that’s why Tic Tac Design disclaims any liability for damage caused by third parties during transport or for any damage caused by the customer. Please remember that the bracelets are not covered by warranty.
